About:China Visa Application in USA

What can I do if I want to travel to China as a tourist for 14 days and there are no Consulate or Embassy in Puerto Rico?

My travel agent is in the Continental US.

Hi, you need to apply from Chinese consulate in Huston. You can also entrust your travel agency to handle your application if you can not visit the consulate in person.
