Nanjing to Yichang on the 24th January Which bus station? Cost ? Time?

I remember there is a bus from NJ Zhongyangmen Bus Station to Yichang at 19:00 every night. It takes around 13h and costs around CNY300 per person. You can buy the ticket on the spot. Besides, there is high-speed train service between the two places, which takes around 5h and 50min.
