About:Macau Visa Policy

Chinese Visit visa for 120 days

I got the one for 120 days single entry, i hold Indian passport, but i am going to stay for 3 months, can i visit Macau and Hong Kong for few days during my stay there, i have conference in Hong kong.

No, because it is only a single entry. Leaving for HK counts an exit on your visa. You have to apply for a new one if you want to enter mainland PRC again.
