About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Will I be able to apply for a temporary resident visa?

My defacto wife and I have been living together in china for over 12 months now, in march we will officially marry, and how do I go about it?, will this remove the need to exit and re-enter china every 90 days as is the case now?.

Hi, if your defacto wife is a Chinese, you are able to apply for a Q1 type after getting married here. The duration of stay issued on Q1 type can be from 180 days up to 5 years. So, you don't have to exit every 90 days.
