About:Tomb of Puhaddin

What I need to have and what to do to apply for a tourist visa for a trip this October?

I live in Guernsey, Channel Islands and am a resident there, I have a Latvian passport.

Hi, you can have a try to apply through Chinese embassy in London, or the Embassy in Latvia if possible. Anyway, you can contact CVASC in London directly for more details.
