I'm also having a PVG NULL sign on my item. Tracking number is RC341537640CN.

The site I ordered from a website named ds said that US shipping would be around 7-10 days, so I was just wondering how long I should be willing to wait before contacting someone? I ordered it on Dec 21, and it was shipped out Dec 24, so I'm assuming I should wait at least another week?

Generally, a package can be successfully delivered from China to USA at least in around 25 days, so you may need to wait for another two weeks, I'm afraid.

I just tracked that your order has been delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport on Dec. 29. By now, it should have been on the way to the destination.
