Visa at the border or Fuyong

can a single person get a 5 day shenzhen VOA at Fuyong port, I have been told they will only do group type there? also where is the office at Lohou, is it near the MTR station, I am travelling on a UK Passport but as I am going this week have no time to apply for it here Many Thanks
