About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do we need a visa to travel and visit Shanghai if we are Canadian Citizens?

We are Canadian citizens. We are flying from Hong Kong arriving in Shanghai on March 18th. (SHA) Airport. We depart Shanghai to Vancouver, B.C. on March 21st (PVG) Airport.

If your stay in Shanghai is less than 72 hours and hold air tickets for your return trip to Canada, you can enjoy 72 hours free transit and needn't apply one in advance.
