Single proof certificate duration

Hello I would like to know how long does the single proof certificate last ? is it 3 months or 6 months

Personally I think you should confirm this with your office or department that issues the certificate to you. The normal process is that you go to the related office or department in your country to get one and authorized by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then you have to go to Chinese embassy to get it authenticated again. Finally, you can use it when you register at the local civil affairs bureau together with your fiancee.

It should be noted, your intended spouse's name will be on your single status document.
There was no stated expiration date on the one I received.

The single certificate is only valid for 6 months even though they won't write an expiration date it is only valid for 6 months and no more. Regarding the name of the spouse in the single cert, only the US embassy writes it in the but its not obligatory.
