About:Chinese Embassy in Jordan

Applying a Chinese visa with my American or Jordanian passport?

hello all, i am an American citizen currently living in jordan , i do have the Jordanian Palestinian passport as well, so my story is that i was living in china 3 years ago and stayed there for 2.5 years on my american passport i had a f multiple entry, and as u all know u have to exit every 60 days, i was late for my exit the first time they let it slide then the second time they made me renew my visa gave me 30 days in PRC and pay for the late days, i then went to hong kong to renew it they refused and asked me to renew it back home , now my question is its been almost 3 years and im in jordan now and want to go to PRC on my american passport do you guys think i would be able to get one, or would it be a problem? even thu i can get it on the jordanian one but its only for 30 days single entry , please help , thank you all

It is really hard to tell. According to the latest entry and exit administration law on foreigners, those who are deported will not be allowed to enter in five years. Personally, I think you can still apply for it with your American passport. But I am not sure if you can get what you expect.
