About:Harbin Ice Festival

when does Harbin Ice and Snow Festival finish?

I will be in China from Australia in late February. If I arrive in Harbin ~ 20th of February will I be too late? Some websites say the festival ends on the 15th others say the end of the month?

Well, generally you will catch the festival. The fact is that it usually ends in late Feb. or around due to the temperature.
