About:Dual Nationality

my son is turning 2 this month, he is a Chinese citizen, I am his mother, a Filipino citizen.

I wanted to know all the requirements needed if I change my son's Chinese nationality to Filipino ang stay to Philippines for good.

Does your son have an ID or passport? If not, just take him to apply for Filipino passport or other documents. Then he will automatically gives up the Chinese nationality. As for the details, it is suggested to counsult at local public bureau in China or Chinese Embassy.
