About:China Postal Service

Departure from outward office of exchange but after 5 days it says OPENING again! WHy?

Hello :)
This is my tracking number RC036536039CN... When I track it .. it says it has already Departured from outward office of exchange on december 22, but then on December 27 it says again OPENING! .. Why is this? .. It is supposed my package left China on December 22 right? .. Why it says opening again after 5 days it Departure from outward office of exchange?

I got the same result as you and I think it is strange. You may try to ask the sender to contact their local Post Office to check it. If no results, it is suggested to ask the sender to return back your money.

It will stop at various points on its way to you and could be opened by customs at any point on that journey
