About:Tourist Complaints in China

Email address for complaint

Please tell me email address of Tourism Quality Supervision and Management Offices in China or whom should I write official complaint together with all evidents including pictures and detail situations. I am particularly concern with the tour local agent who has been dishonest and might seriously affect China tourism reputation.

Don't let a small tour agency ruin your country reputation.

For China National Tourism Administration, the complaint number is: (010)65122096.
I think you can also try to contact the local tourism administration, so which place do you suffer from such kind of thing?

Thanks for your response and concern. I did not call them since I don't speak Mandarin and also there are some evidents like pictures, brochures and hand notes that I could only send it by email. I have send a letter of concern by email but no reply from CNTA. Any suggestion?
