About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

I wish to travel from Chengdu to Lhasa by train. Can I obtain a Tibet visa from Perth? Any problems

Individual (senior) traveller. Have been at 5000m before ,and suffered no ill effects.

I am afraid that you can't travel alone from Chengdu to Lhasa. Before you travel to Tibet, you should apply for a Tibet Travel Permit at first. Then you should join a group tour because individual foreign travelers are not allowed to go there.
