can you suggest nice cycling route (can be off road) with little traffic from Lijiang to the Tiger Leaping Gorge?

LJ (Ancient Town) - Lashi Lake - Xionggu Observation Deck (Xionggu Guan Jing Tai)- Tiger Leaping Gorge

To ensure the specific directions, you are advised to bicycle companied by a local person.
