About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

UK citizen cycling Slik road

Hi can a UK citizen apply for a Chinese L tourist type from Kazakhstan?
If this is possible what embassy should I apply from?

Tim, it is possible. You can apply for it from the embassy of China in Kazakhstan.
