Solo cycling for writing the form?

Hi I'm from Malaysia I plan to cycle to turkey and passby china thru yunnan until xinjiang to kyrgystan. I plan for single entry visa. In the form it states I need to give my flight detail and residential. But along my journey I will sleep in hammock and tent. So what's should I put inside the form?
