Planning to visit Taiwan in early July. What will the weather be like?

What is the typical temperature, rain forcast and humilty.

For instance, the average temperature is around 26 to 30C in that time according to the previous records.
It is easy to rain then, so it will be humid. The rain gear, sun cream and sun glasses are necessary.
