About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Does American citizen needs visa to enter Hanghou Xiaoshan airport?

I want to travel with my infant US citizen to hanghou xiaoshan china. does he need a visa to go with me? we both have a residence permit here in Abu Dhabi.

Yes, both you and your kid have to apply for a proper one for going to Hangzhou. Since you have resident permit in Abu Dhabi, you can apply for it from the Chinese embassy there.
