About:China Visa on Arrival

Can i go to another city with voa?

This 31th dec i'll go to hk, i'm planning to visit mainland but i havent apply mainland visa
With voa only, can i go to another city in mainland once i arrived at sz?

I don't think so. Take Shenzhen VOA for example, you can just stay in Shenzhen within five days.
