From Shanghai to Hangzhou

Travel to Shanghai early Jan 2014. Plan to go to Hangzhou after staying a few days in Shanghai. l would like to know if l make a booking here via TCG and collect tickets myself, where should l collect them from? Can l collect them on the day l reach Shanghai? Is Shanghai Hongqiao railway station just beside Shanghai Hongqiao International airport?
