do we need tourist visas?

we have scheduled to visit hongkong by may 25 to may 28, 2014 just to celebrate birthday.

Filipinos enjoy 14 days visa free period in HK. However, I am not sure it is still ok now after HK authority passed a bill to cancel this privilege for Filipinos due to the Manila hostage incident. I think you should contact the HK Immigration Department to confirm this.
