any imformatiom how my employer get me visa

If you plan to work in mainland China, you should apply for a Z type one. However, I am afraid that your employer can't apply for the Z type for you on his own behalf. Some people from Philippines come to mainland China on L or M type and then start to work as nannies. This is actually against Chinese laws. Once you were caught, you would be fined and possibly sent out of PRC.
