how can i change my smart card in Beijing as it is not working but it has money in it

Hi, you can change a new card in some specified Smart Card Service Offices, such as BJ Zoo Public Transport Hub or the service center at the east of the National Culture Palace at Xidan. Usually, there are many people there, so you may have to queue up.0

Sometimes the card is just blocked for any reason. Ask to deblock it at the ticket counter in any subway station0
