transfer between airports in shanghai

Question

I arrive at SH International Airport at 11:30 am and depart Pudong at 16:30 pm. Is there any problem making the transfer? What is the best way to do it?

So you will arrive at Hongqiao Airport and leave from Pudong Airport? Well then, time is generally enough for transfer. Upon landing, take airport shuttle bus to travel from T2 of Hongqiao to Pudong Airport in an hour or a little longer. Let me know whether this is what you wanna know.
