About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

If my visa is invalid and I did not renewing it also I did not left because I have court reservation , how I can solve this?

You should report to the local PSB as soon as you can. I think you will be fined some money and required to leave PRC immediately.
