Australa visa on invalid passport, but I have a valid passport also

I`m traveling this route: Germany - Guangzhou - Sydney
I have a valid visa for Australia on my old passport.
My transit will only bei 1,5 Hours, so the 24Hours TWOV should be fine,

BUT:
I had to get a new passport because I thought my old one was lost.
But then I found it and my local authorities made it invalid.
So I have two passports, one vaild and the invalid old one.
But the australian visa is not jet updated and it can take some time.

Will this be a problem at any point in china?
