Invalid tracking number: RB988698650CN

Placed an order on November 20 2013, I haven't received anything as of yet.
I was given this order number RB988698650CN, but cant find any information when I use it.

Can anybody help me?

Hi, Sam. I helped you to check the parcel, but I did not find any information online. It is so strange.
