About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

two entries?

My husband and I are traveling from los Angeles to Bangkok through Beijing on december 27th and then back from Bangkok to lax through Beijing on January 3rd. Can we do the 72 hour visa both times?

Yes, it doesn't have limits on how many times you can enjoy the policy.
