I looked at China post it also said null on some other web site usps.com says origin post preparing the date it says is 20131205 1220 does that mean that 1220 will be when its shipped? the box I sent the day before got here last week

Actually, your package was posted in Dec. 4 at Wangfujing Post Office. On Dec. 6, it was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport, which is the meaning of NULL here. You may have to wait for the parcel for nearly 20 days.
