Dear Sir/Mdm,I am Indonesian Passport,with two kids(Indonesian passport ) born in USA ,and I have marriaged in USA too.my husband just back from america. but he have not any paper, he have been 20yrs ago in there. and he lost the birth certificate,only he have chinese passport issued in america . In this five yrs I brought my kids studied in PRC as L type and extend twice a years ,and all sponsor we use my father in law, His ID,Hu kuo,and real estates certificate . But I went to extend again,they want my all birth certificate to notarize in america,but how we already can not go back to america again.how we can use all original certificate .and I have been translation but they not still not enough .Bu how come I can use in Indonesia .Pls help me, because,my kis,already grade 5and 6, and I have to take care of them,during they study in there ,Pls help me what to do ,do I need go to chinese embassy in jakarta apply, pls kindly help us to reunion there .Best regards ,MARY

Since the new rules have been implemented, many things have changed. I am afraid that you are still required to provide the original birth certificate even when you apply for it out of PRC. That's what the rule says.

I and my kids have indonesian passport, but my sons born in USA, and they have Indonesian passport.can we apply student type for them and me as dependent one apply in Indonesia can show me what to do. thanks

There is no dependent visa in PRC. If your kid apply for the X type, then you can apply for the S type (S1 or S2) if you plan to stay with them. I remember that kinship certificate is not required for S type. But you should confirm this with the embassy.
