About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Do i need ARC in S.Korea (ARC) with at least 6 months remaining validity?

I am student in south korea and going back to my country(nepal) via PRC (transit) and I want to visit some places in PRC for a week in this case also do i need s.korea ARC validity for 6 month? or what type should i apply for ?

Yes, you should provide an ARC card with the validity of six months at least when you apply for the L type for visiting PRC.

In my case, I am going permanently to my home country via china and I finished my studies here so have no more than a month ARC date left in Korea and can't extend as well but still want to visit China. so what should I do?

Then you should apply one out of South Korea. I don't know if you are required for a visa for Japan and if it is easy to apply for it. If so, you can fly to Japan and apply there.
