What I need ur assistance in is could u please tell us if I can get a Chinese L type here in Ghana?

I am a citizen of nigerian with a nigerian passport living in ghana. I just married my Chinese girl friend here in Ghana and she wants us to go back to see her family. if I can then what type of documents do I need to bring to the Chinese embassy to apply for it? Does my wife need to bring any documents as well?My wife has been calling all the Chinese embassy phone numbers we found online but nobody picks up and we need answers so am sending this mail in hopes that u might know if u do help me I will be most grateful
