About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

So just to be sure - we do not need anything but our valid passports prior to getting on the plane?

We would like to travel on Jan. 10th from Chaing Mai to Shanghai then on the 13th we already have our flights booked from Shanghai to Vancouver. We live in Canada.

Yes, but make sure that your flight for Vancouver takes off within 72 hours.
