About:FAQ on China Postal Service

When will I recieve my package?

I have a tracking number on a shipment. Last status change was November 26th, saying dispatching.
When will it arrive to my destination?
The number is a RB*********CN number.

Please help. I cant reach the sender of the shipment.

The number is RB737187550CN
And I cant reach the seller... Any help?

HI, Aleksander, wait until 26/11 and while trying to contact the seller. Sometimes suddenly changes status and arrive in your country, but it's long time in dispatching, has been refused by customs...

in the worst case, if you can not contact the seller and do you not receive your item, you have PayPal to 40 days can open dispute.
