Re visa for Shenzen Visit. on the move all the time SE Asia can't wait 2 days at embassy. Options?

Any way I can get one online or at entry port, or just same day issue from say consulate in Saigon where I have a 2 day stopover?

Citizens of Ireland can apply for the VOA at Luohu, Huanggang, Fuyong or Shekou Port. But I am not sure if this policy is implemented for those who fly and land at Shenzhen. You'd better confirm this with your ariline and the airport.
