About:Embassy of Malta in China

can i send my documents and original passfort there by the way of fedex courier, please i really want to know if this kind way is allow in your office.

I am from the Philippines, and i have fiancee from Malta, i cant able to trip to Beijing to apply fiancee visa. thank you
