About:China Visa

Does this mean I have to go back to the U.K to change my visa or can I do it in China?

I am currently working in China and next year I want to study...So at the moment I have a Z type and will next year to to get the X type. Thanks for your help.

I am afraid that you should go back to UK and apply for the X type one. It's said that visa typ conversion can't be done in PRC now.
