Hi, tracking status Null. My tracking number is RB902470103CN.

I ordered something from China and the status is NULL. Could you please help me?And could you please tell me when it will arrive in Italy?

Hi, Null here doesn't mean that your parcel is abnormal. Actually, it refers to ur parcel was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport on Nov. 26. There it would be checked by the customs and then posted overseas. Generally, you are expected to receive it within around ten days from now on.
