for the tourist L from spain, for two month, need to go out at 30 days??

Yes, because for two month tourism, you are advised to apply for a double entry L, which means you need to go out at 30 days then reenter to start next 30 days. Fee is EUR 81.3. Or you can apply for a single entry instead and apply for extension before it expires. Then fee is EUR 66.3. Please remember to apply through CVASC if you reside within the consular district of Chinese embassy in Madrid.
