I booked wheel chair and jain veg meal is it added in my ticket request

My mother and my farther booked through your airlines on 16-12-2013 cz 360. I want to know status of my tickect confirmed or not. Secondly i want to know either wheel chair is provided me or not. We also booked our meal as jain hindu meal is it or not. My ticket no is 7844325253094 and 95 respectivly.
