About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Status hasn't changed in 11 days. my track number is Ra491695031cn

can you please check and tell me where my package is? It says that it was derived to airport in Beijing but that was 11 days ago. I live in canada. Thanks

It's on way. It might take a little longer since the plane does make other stops . But you should be getting an update this week.
