Dear Sirs I am PhD candidate in University of Chinese Academy of Scinence and belongs to Pakistan.

Wtf are you trying to ask? Be careful with your spelling.

I am indicating that you are studying in China with a student visa and you want to invite your family to visit China, is that correct?

The point is with Pakistani passport holder, they can't visit China for the purpose of tourism individually. For more details, you'd better contact the Chinese embassy.
