Thank you very much for your assistance and I appreciate you taking the time to read my messages about my parcels

on your website my tracking number RC282799191CN , said that "Delivery to airport Beijing BG , 27 Nov 2013 10:36:00 GMT" : status on your website , It's been 13 days and no change in the status.
What does this mean? because one of my order RB793924013CN arrived and the other one RC282799191CN didn't arrive . Is the package lost? . Should I be worried? Thank you!
