From the Harbour, you can find many free shuttles to reach the Casinos in the city down town area.
From the harbour, you can visit the Fisherman Wharf first and then take the public bus line 32 to the Macau Tower. Then take the line 26 from the Tower to the Ama Temple and then line 15A to the Ruins of St. Paul. Then you can walk along the San Ma Lo for traveling until you reach the Grand Lisboa to have a visit. So far, you cover most of the places in Macau.
You can of course finish all the attractions by bus and walk and the taxi is not needed. But the bus fare is not easy to tell, because you have to take many lines of buses.
I never use the taxi in the city, so it is hard to tell the taxi fare as a whole.
