i just want to know what i need to do before i can visit Macua or Hk

I have a student visa in mainland and i have resident permit.

You have to apply for the visa for HK or Macau from the office of Macau or HK SAR in Beijing. It takes around four weeks to acquire it.

I just know that Macau Office is located on the Macau Tower on the Wangfujing Street. I can't find any contact info about this office.
