About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

meeting flight at Beijing Airport

I will fly to Pek from HK via Dragon Air or Cathay Pacific and the other family member will fly the same route by via Air China (CA). Can I meet my family member at the arrival gate without going thru the security/immigration process?

Also, will airport provide services for disability pax to walk thru the immigration process then to the baggage claim area?

I am afraid that you cannot reach the Arrival Hall without going through the security and immigration process. I think you can meet in the public areas.
For the second the proble, the airport provides such kind of service, so pleaes do not worry.
