sim card & currency exchange

Question

Can i get 3g sim card prepaid activated at the airport? what should be the plan to take?Further how much time it takes to collect the simcard?Where can i exchange the currency?

As I know, there is sim card to be bought in the airport and you may need to buy one in the city down town area. On the west side of the terminal outside the airport, there is a branch of Bank of China, so you may need to go there to exchange your money.
