About:China Postal Service

apparently my package has fallen off the panet. my product number is RC146991812CN

Ok i am upset with this seller. I purchased my item in the 15th of november. I received an email saying it was shipped on the 28th and since then it's as if the package has dropped off the face of the earth.....

yes, you are right. it was delivered to the Beijing airport on Nov 25, but later on Nov 28, it was back to the Beijing International. Maybe the parcel was sent back to the sender?
It is suggested to consult the seller first.

The seller refuses to be of any help to me. I bought hair via alibaba.co, on the 15th of november, i received email confirmation it was shipped the 18th. yet when i track it says it left bejing on the 2
